The best way to learn anything new is with a supportive community or Sangha. Please bring together your own group of participants for this group opportunity. Everyone can share their interest in meditation and get personal instruction. A guided group meditation is also included during instruction.

Join me on the last Sunday of each month. We’ll have a guided meditation session. After that, enjoy tea with community members and clients. RISE – Reflect, Inspire, Sit, Exhale

Join Bex’s free online meditation group. It’s a 30-minute morning ritual. Ground yourself and connect with others in the community. We’ll start with a quick reflection. Then, we’ll have a 15-minute silent meditation. Finally, we’ll share one word that represents our intention for the day. All are welcome. Come as you are — pyjamas, tea, and sleepy faces are welcome.
